I don't know what service to book. What should I do?
You don’t need to diagnose your skin or know every treatment on our menu before coming in. Start with a Personalized Skin Analysis or an Injectable Consultation, and your provider will assess your anatomy and build a plan that makes sense for you.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
It depends on the service. Many facials, lash sets, and brow services can be booked directly, while advanced treatments, medical wellness, and injectables benefit from or require a consultation first. When in doubt, booking a consultation ensures you never have to guess.
Where is LABB located, and where do I park?
We are located at 3941 Market Street, Edina, MN 55424, in the 50th & France neighborhood across from US Bank. Free street parking and public parking ramps are located within easy walking distance throughout the neighborhood.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
We start by discussing your goals, relevant history, daily habits, and any specific questions you have. For clinical or aesthetic treatments, your provider examines the area and walks you through appropriate options before you decide how to move forward—no high-pressure sales, ever.
Booking & Studio Policies
What is LABB’s cancellation policy?
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Why do I need a credit card on file?
A card on file secures your appointment slot and enforces our cancellation policy. All payment details are encrypted and securely stored through our booking system.
What happens if I am running late?
Please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client, while full service fees still apply. If you arrive too late to safely perform the treatment, we may need to reschedule.
Can I bring a guest or children with me?
To preserve a tranquil, focused atmosphere and maintain safety around clinical equipment, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, LABB Gift Cards, and banked Beauty Bank credits.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Physical gift cards are available in-studio, and digital gift cards can be purchased directly through our online store and applied toward services or retail products.
What is your retail return policy?
Unopened, unused skincare products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for studio credit or exchange. Opened or used skincare and aftercare products are final sale.
Lash Extensions
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied correctly. Damage is prevented through proper isolation, selecting lightweight extension diameters, and tailoring lengths to what your natural lashes can safely support. Consistent cleansing and professional fills keep your natural lashes healthy.
Do lash extensions hurt?
Not at all. Most clients relax with their eyes closed for the entire appointment—lash naps are warmly welcomed. If you ever feel pinching or pulling, let your artist know immediately.
Can I wear mascara with extensions?
You won’t need it, and we strongly recommend skipping it. Mascara breaks down extension adhesives, clumps delicate fans, and makes proper hygiene difficult.
How often do I need a lash fill?
Most clients schedule fills every 2–3 weeks to replace extensions that shed naturally with your lash cycle. Waiting longer than 3–4 weeks usually requires a full set.
I have lashes from another studio. Can LABB fill them?
Yes. Please book a New Client Fill. This gives your artist extra time to assess the health of your lashes, evaluate previous application work, deep clean the lash line, and blend seamlessly into a LABB set.
How do I make my extensions last longer?
Clean them daily. Using an oil-free, extension-safe foaming cleanser removes natural oils and buildup that degrade adhesive. Avoid oil-based skincare near the eyes, and never rub or pick at your extensions.
Can lash extensions be removed?
Yes. Please book a professional removal rather than picking or pulling at them yourself, which can damage your natural lashes.
Korean Lash Lifts & Tints
What is a Korean Lash Lift?
A Korean Lash Lift gently curls and lifts your natural lashes directly from the root using advanced, nourishing solutions that prioritize lash hydration. The result is an open, lifted eye shape tailored to your eye anatomy.
Is a lash lift the same as extensions?
No. Extensions adhere synthetic fibers to your natural lashes for added length and fullness. A lash lift works strictly with what you already have, semi-permanently curling your natural lashes.
How long does a Korean Lash Lift last?
Results typically last 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your natural lash shedding cycle and aftercare.
Should I add a lash tint?
If your natural lashes are light, blonde, or faded at the tips, adding a rich tint makes them appear darker, longer, and more defined without mascara.
How should I prepare for a lash lift?
Arrive with bare, clean lashes free of mascara, eye creams, and makeup. If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your appointment.
Brow Artistry
What is the difference between a Brow Wax and a Brow Sculpt?
A standard wax is quick maintenance to clean up existing stray hairs. A Brow Sculpt is a complete shaping experience that includes brow mapping, custom trimming, precision waxing, and styling tailored to your bone structure.
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination redirects your natural brow hairs to lie uniformly upward and flat. It gives the appearance of fuller, fluffier brows that stay styled in place with minimal daily effort.
How long does brow lamination last?
Lamination results generally last 6 to 8 weeks with proper hydration and aftercare.
Is brow lamination good for sparse brows?
It depends on hair distribution. Lamination works by repositioning existing hair—it cannot create new follicles. Your artist can assess whether lamination, tinting, or a hybrid stain will best achieve your goal.
What is the difference between brow tint and hybrid stain?
A traditional tint primarily colors the brow hair for 3–4 weeks. A hybrid stain tints the hair while temporarily staining the skin beneath for up to 7–10 days, providing extra depth and fullness.
Skin Analysis & Facials
I don't know which facial I need. Where should I begin?
Book our Personalized Skin Analysis or a LABB Signature Facial. All of our facial treatments are customized on the spot after your esthetician evaluates your skin barrier, hydration levels, and goals.
Do I need to stop using my skincare products before a Skin Analysis?
No major changes are necessary, but we recommend avoiding harsh exfoliants, chemical peels, or strong retinoids for 48 hours prior so we can see your skin in its natural, calm state.
Should I arrive without makeup?
Arriving with a clean face is helpful, but don't worry if you are coming from work. We always perform a gentle double cleanse before examining your skin.
Do I need to bring my current skincare products?
You don't need to carry the bottles in—taking clear photos of the front and back ingredient labels on your phone is perfect. Knowing what you currently use helps us identify product conflicts and keep what's already working.
Will I receive product recommendations?
Yes, when helpful. Our goal is to streamline your routine with targeted actives that move the needle, not to push a 12-step product lineup you won't use.
Will I receive a treatment during my Skin Analysis appointment?
A standalone Skin Analysis is an in-depth diagnostic consultation. However, you can book a consultation paired with a custom facial on the same day if you want immediate treatment.
Is a Skin Analysis only for people struggling with acne?
Not at all. It is designed for anyone navigating dryness, sensitivity, uneven texture, fine lines, sun damage, or product overwhelm.
Do I have to purchase anything afterward?
Never. The analysis is an educational roadmap. You leave knowing your options, and what you choose to do next is entirely up to you.
Advanced Clinical Skin & Microneedling
What is SkinPen® microneedling?
SkinPen® creates thousands of microscopic, controlled microchannels in the skin. This triggers your body's natural wound-healing cascade, stimulating fresh collagen and elastin remodeling to refine scars, pores, and fine lines.
Does microneedling hurt?
We apply a medical-grade topical numbing cream for 20–30 minutes prior to treatment to ensure you remain comfortable throughout the session.
What is the downtime after microneedling?
Most clients experience mild redness, tightness, and warmth resembling a moderate sunburn for 24 to 48 hours. Light flaking may occur over the following 3 to 5 days.
How many microneedling sessions will I need?
While skin radiance improves after one session, optimal collagen remodeling typically requires a series of 3 to 6 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.
Can anyone receive microneedling?
Microneedling is safe for most skin tones, but it is not performed on active acne breakouts, open wounds, active cold sores, or during pregnancy. Your provider reviews your health history before treatment.
Injectables & Dermal Fillers
I want injectables but have no idea what I need.
You don't need to know the units or syringe counts. Come in talking about your goals—such as wanting to look less tired, soften forehead creases, or restore lip definition. Your injector will recommend the appropriate approach based on your anatomy.
What is the difference between Botox and dermal filler?
Neuromodulators (like Botox or Dysport) relax the facial muscles responsible for dynamic expression lines. Dermal fillers restore lost structural volume, balance proportions, and hydrate soft tissue.
Will Botox make me look frozen?
Not when dosed with precision. We believe in natural facial balancing that softens deep lines while preserving your natural facial expression and brow movement.
When will I see my Botox results, and how long do they last?
Results begin appearing within 3 to 5 days, with full results settling at 10 to 14 days. Longevity typically averages 3 to 4 months, depending on your metabolism and dosing.
What is a lip flip, and how does it differ from lip filler?
A lip flip uses micro-units of neurotoxin to relax the muscle around the upper lip, allowing it to gently roll upward when you smile. It does not add volume. Lip filler uses hyaluronic acid gel to add physical shape, contour, and fullness.
What should I do before or after my injectable appointment?

Does LABB offer peptide and medical weight management appointments?
Yes. We offer provider-led GLP-1 weight management protocols and wellness consultations designed for sustainable, medically supervised health support.
Do I have to come into the studio for my peptide consultation?
Not necessarily. Initial peptide and weight management consultations can be conducted virtually via secure video appointments with our medical provider.
What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as cellular messengers in the body. When used therapeutically under medical supervision, they help regulate metabolism, support tissue repair, and encourage cellular vitality.
Does everyone qualify for medical weight management?
No. Candidacy, medication selection, and dosing are determined individually by our licensed medical provider following a thorough health history review and clinical assessment.

No. Membership discounts and limited-time promotional offers cannot be stacked on the same treatment or transaction.
Do Beauty Bank funds roll over?
Yes. 100% of your banked Beauty Bank dollars roll over month to month as long as your membership remains active, allowing you to save toward larger treatments like filler or microneedling packages.
Do I receive a complimentary ExoPod session every month?
No. The complimentary ExoPod Red Light Therapy session is a one-time welcome gift awarded upon initial membership enrollment.
How do I manage, pause, or cancel my membership?
Memberships auto-renew on their scheduled monthly cycle. You can update payment methods, manage settings, or request cancellations directly through your Vagaro account or by speaking with our front desk team.
